This Acer laptop is similar to the one above but includes a faster i7 processor and has double the memory and SSD. Not to mention Windows 11 is on there. An i7 processor is faster than an i5 but an i5 is pretty good.

Apple now solders the solid state drive (they've largely replaced hard drives) to the logic board (that's Applespeak for motherboard) so if something terrible were to happen to your logic board you'd also lose your data.
